Since the mechanism that knowledge spreads of an educational organization, its operational ways in knowledge management deserve the discussion naturally. This research deepens interview and collects materials on the case of a culture and education organization. To explain knowledge characteristics and knowledge classification initially, and then probe into the procedure of knowledge construction, store, and spread. According to the relation between knowledge characteristics and knowledge classification and the connection between the classification and construction of knowledge, different knowledge characteristics and classification form different knowledge construction, store and spread. The procedure for conducting knowledge management has two steps: the first is the process from knowledge construction to knowledge store, and the second is the process from knowledge store to knowledge spread, in order to increase the benefit of knowledge management. This study is expected to give a deeper analysis of the operational functions of knowledge management for the educational industry as a guide to the person who plans to be engaged in this industry and the improvement in the competitiveness of this industry. 蘇明俊 2011 學位論文 ; thesis 37 zh-TW |
