Because of the financial officer habit difficult, hope to improve financial officer’s well-being, to reduce financial officer’s turnover rate; in addition, in today''s enterprises to pursue profit maximization under the principle objects of the S-Bank, in addition to pursuing profits meet outside shareholders, to take care of the employees to make employees feel more happy, S Bank has become the most banks of happiness as the goal. Therefore this study with emotional intelligence as the intermediary variable from variables, job performance, and well-being for the Dependent Variable, discussion on effects of emotional intelligence and happiness on the job performance, understand the financial officer of emotional intelligence, work performance and well-being (job satisfaction and life satisfaction and turnover intention, physical and mental health). This study used a questionnaire method, with S bank financial officer for the study, totaling 140 questionnaires issued, excluding invalid questionnaire and fill in the answer incomplete, total recycling 96 valid questionnaires, effective recovery of 68.6%, work performance measured using S-Bank of 2009, 2010 and the first quarter of 2011 performance data of the contribution. Class verification of the assumptions of the study of regression analysis, the study found: emotional intelligence has a significant positive effect on job performance; emotional intelligence a significant positive effect on happiness; job performance have a partial significant effect on happiness part; while emotional intelligence will work through some intermediary influence effect of the performance of happiness. For banks, how to find the high emotional intelligence and outstanding financial officer in the wealth management business, more and more important. Therefore, this research recommendations Bank in recruitment and selection financial officer, should focus on financial officer has high emotional intelligent, to understanding its in height competition of environment and face huge of work pressure, can as soon as possible adaptation good and reached organization delivery of task, created high work performance and good of happiness sense, as financial personnel recruitment and selection process of important reference pursuant to; also, recommendations Bank internal financial personnel of education training, apart from strengthening expertise courses, may also arrangements training emotional intelligent aspects of courses, to improve financial personnel of emotional intelligent, so can further upgrade financial personnel of work performance and happiness sense.
