Summary:碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 資訊科學與工程學系所 === 99 === In recent years, due to the emergence of the concept "cloud services," information service providers were involved actively in the development of “cloud services.” Their research fields contained broadly, but automated processing services for medical imaging applied to the relative researches about “cloud services” were quite limited. By developing a cloud macro processing platform for medical imaging, this paper could improve the condition that the hand X-ray image processing module program that transplanted from the laboratory could only be used in a stand alone. In addition, according to the cloud concept “Software as a Service (SaaS),”this paper built up Web Based Interface. Also, through service-oriented technology, it integrated the macro automation services and the ability of plug-in of the medical imaging software ImageJ into the cloud interior. ImageJ is an open source software developed at National Institutes of Health and has multiple image processing and analytic functions primarily used for medical and biology-related imaging. Therefore, this study adopts its image processing functions. Compared to macro functions of the traditional image processing stand-alone system, this cloud macro image processing system is much more convenient. As long as we use a standard HTTP as a medium in order to access services provided by the cloud through the Internet, users do not need to install a lot of computer hardware and software. Finally, this study will put emphasis on platform development and set forth three characteristics as follows for further study:scalability, accessibility and extendibility.
