Summary: | 碩士 === 中興大學 === 環境工程學系所 === 99 === Our green building assessment system did implement with legislation in 2004. It is based on the existing building codes. There are transportation and health and public security that fully upgraded to comply needs on environmental protection and sustainable resource. As for Taiwan, it set a milestone for the global environment with the pursuit of symbiotic. Assessment system of indicators includes the U.S. LEED and UK BREEAM and Canada GB TOOL and Japan CASBEE in developed countries. Their score is an integrated authentication score and classification system to distinguish between differences in each case of green building. There is significant difference on performance level which compare with our qualified certification system with the minimum standard. We can explore the level of implementation on environmental protection around the world. It is only way to reach energy saving and carbon reduction that own the right policy of green building and implement assessment system.
The purpose of this study will introduce the practices of popularization on green building in advanced countries and compare Taiwan''s mechanism of green building policy. It''s not only adopt the research data that gain the pass on the green building cases in 2009, But also go through the application of analytical on four evaluation indicators. We can further understand assessment of key point and precautions which include the daily energy-saving and carbon reduction and waste reduction and water resources. The other hand, we research the materials for thermal insulation and explore the application of assessment by foam glass on the energy-saving building materials. I hope the findings will encourage builders who use energy-saving building materials, and further more we can enhance the people''s confidence in green building products. So, we can make more effective in the promotion of green building assessment system.
