Due to the fact that the exterior design of the building directly affects the air conditioning and lighting energy consumption, the Technical Code for Energy Conservation Design of Buildings is considered to be the first priority concern of assessment. However, during the process of construction, the various types of building materials and exterior designs are usually chosen based on the architect’s experience; which lacks a systematic assessment method. Therefore, the purpose of the study is to analyze the lowest building cost through the optimization ability of heuristic algorithms, combined with the energy consuming quantification of the green building index, in order to promote green buildings. During the study, quantification is combined with actual construction models as the basis. The result of the analysis is understood that it is possible to obtain the best choice of building materials and windows’ open ratio of the building situation through genetic algorithms. 林明德 2011 學位論文 ; thesis 108 zh-TW
