Causally, governments deeply realize that the processes of execution and legislation for national policies and local affairs which not only involve in interactive relationship that respectively dominate, but also refer to multi-level governance interactions that privacy associations and voluntary organizations formed. Consequently, central and local governments recently focus on collaboration in the way of administering strategy. Governments also regard collaboration as approach to govern successfully. The concept of collaborative governance has influenced the intergovernmental relations and played an import role in the trend of glocalization. Therefore, this research attempts to confer on the causes and effects of collaborative governance in Danshuei River Basin Remediation, which are applying the view of collaborative governance related theories to cut to the chase. Furthermore, this research takes the Danshuei River Basin Remediation to as case sign, and adopts in-depth interview and questionnaire survey to collect relevant information. By describing the connection and interaction of participators between governments and non-governments to clarify the crucial factors in the process of collaborative governance in Danshuei River Basin Remediation. In the end of the research, I will bring up the related proposals by exploring the research, which hopes to integrate a set of useful analysis construction of collaborative governance between theories and practical cases. It also can regard as the guideline to research and endeavor in Danshuei River Basin Remediation in the future. As this research shows that the participators in public and privacy departments have having more frequent interaction, and the networks of collaborative governance have developing perfectly. Besides, collaborative decision, specific role position, well communication, trust, and mutually beneficial and so on, are the significant factors to prompt a remarkable result in Danshuei River Basin Remediation.
