These films were deposited on ultra clear glass substrates at 80 ?aC using aqueous solution of zinc sulfate hepta-hydrate, thiourea, ammonia and hydrazine hydrate, ammonium sulfate and Ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid disodium, we are interested in investigating the material of zinc sulfide thin films. This experimental parameters mainly to add Na2EDTA as a complexing agent, changing the solution Na2EDTA concentration, temperature and pH value We studied zinc sulfide has good transparency and a wider energy band gap. The effect of CBD deposition parameters on optical, electrical and structural properties of ZnS thin films.The surface morphology, crystal structure, composition, optical properties of ZnS thin films was measured using field emission scanning electron microscope(FE-SEM), X-ray diffraction spectroscope (XRD) and ultraviolet–visible light (UV–vis), Hall-effect measurement.
