| Summary: | 碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 公共事務學系碩士在職專班 === 99 === Since Taipei County reorganized to New Taipei City in 2010, Executive Yuan announced that New Taipei City has to adjust its administrative divisions according to “Law of administrative division” as soon as the Legislative Yuan enactments the law. However, 200,000 to 300,000 people within each distinct is the principle of the law; therefore, the adjustment of the administrative divisions in New Taipei City is unavoidable in the near future. As the result of the industrialization and the urbanization, people gather in the cities and satellite cities which have convenient transportation system or more job opportunities making the new place live circles appear and the existent place live circles become bigger. Nonetheless, the vast region, and the huge gap in the structure of the population, the natural environment and the urban plan between cities and suburbs are the major difficulties for the New Taipei City Government when planning for the new administrative divisions.
