碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 資訊管理學系碩士在職專班 === 99 === In recent years, broadcasting technology has been ever changing. Digitalized technology has forced traditional media to fade away. Because of the development of digitalized technology, traditional radio broadcasting has combined with worldwide web technology and its application, which has greatly expand the depth and width of the platform of radio broadcast. In the worldwide web environment, in order to satisfy and understand end users’ needs, it is necessary to establish an information system with audio-video file management, program management, documentation management and digital editing function. In addition, part of implementation of various and complex information flows by electronic way are still cruces of problem. This research paper is based on current broadcasting management information operation procedure as a focal point, incorporating the operation procedure of Fu Hsin Broadcasting Station as a reference model of the basic system foundation of this research. This research will utilize MDA development procedure and UML method to analyze all possible scenarios of audio-video and documentation in order to design a system function which is able to operate as a worldwide web interface. It will provide detailed audio-video information and satisfy electronic documentation management function of a broadcast management information system. The goal is to improve the effectiveness of current broadcasting information management.
