It caused the technologies of powerful industrial countries were transferred or direct investment into Taiwan. And then, many other industrial countries directly or indirectly had the offshore migration of industry activity into Taiwan, it’s the reason why Taiwan not only became a world Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) country, but also changed the industrial restructures much quicker than others. For the past few years, Taiwanese industries by taking the theory of relative advantage into account, and have to outward shift for reducing the production cost and move production lines to China and Southeast Asian countries, which not only affects the balance of domestic industries, but also affects employment levels. This research exploits the relation between the several macroeconomics and microeconomics variables and relative entry rate of firms in manufacturing, construction, mining, and earth stone adopting sampling. Sample data is taken from 1999 to 2008 in the industries of manufacturing, construction, mining and earth stone adopting. With regards of econometric method, penal data model is used to apply to this issue for investigating the dynamic effects of relative entry of industries. Empirical results show that employment average salary in t-1 period is positive correlation with relative entry rate of firms. In addition, employment relative entry rate in t-1 period is negative with current relative entry rate of firms. Finally, the money supply growth rate is positive correlation in current period.
