| Summary: | 碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 傳播管理學系碩士班 === 99 === In recent years, communication industry has developed rapidly, the numbers of graduates are higher than the need of labor market. The communication graduates who are facing many competitors need more skills than just diverse professional one, and should have the employability. The purpose of this study is realizing the relationship between employability and career success. Besides to study the employability and career success situation, it also analyzes the diversities of employability and career success which are based on different individual variables and studies how the employability of communication graduates affect their career success.
This paper is adopting questionnaire survey. The questionnaire consisted of three parts. First is the employability. The second section is about the career success. Third is the intended to elicit demographic information on the respondents. The analyze is based on adopting reliability analysis, descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, t-test, regression analysis, one-way anova analysis. The conclusions are listed as follows:
1.The diversities of demographic information is different from employability to career success.
2.Employability and career success have relevance.
3.Employability of communication graduates has significant influence on their subjective career success and per month income.
This research concluded several suggestions which may be helpful and used as reference for students, the school and the industry. It might help students to plan adaptive learning and the blueprint of career development. It may also show a direction for the school to think about education. Simultaneously, the industry can plan training program according to this result.
