The following research questions were investigated: 1. What was the difference between with different background and the personality of internal and external locus of control? 2. What was the difference between with different background and the self-regulated learning? 3. Was there any correlation between the personality of internal and external locus of control and the self-regulated learning? 4. Was there any effect between the personality of internal and external locus of control and the E-learning? 5. Was there any effect between self-regulated learning and E-learning? 98 undergraduates students of the programming course were randomly selected and applied questionnaire of 「the Effects Between the Personality And the Self-regulated Learning of E-learning」, consisting of 「personal information」, 「the meter of Personality」, 「the meter of Self-regulated learning」and 「the meter of the effect of E-learning」. The results were as below: 1. On the basis of personality, the undergraduates stunents tend to the condition of an external locus of control. 2. Senior students showed more self-reinforcement and persistence than self-evaluation and confidence. 3. Negative correlation was shown between the personality of internal and external locus of seeking help and support. 4. Positive correlation was shown between the personality of internal and external locus of control and the effects of E-learning. 5. Positive correlation was shown between self-regulated learning and the effects of E-learning. According to results, suggestions for administration, and teachers and future research were offered.
