This study sought to test the underlying assumption of the personality styles、national-culture and nationality will influence on conflict handling styles. The major findings of this study are as follows: Key Results (1) Africa, Oceania/Pacific/Australia, Europe, Latin America young generation workers tend to use dominating styles to solve conflicts.(2) Africa and Taiwan young generation workers tend to use comprising styles to solve conflicts.(3) Asian and Latin America young generation workers tend to prefer avoiding styles to solve conflicts.(4) North America young generation workers don’t prefer integrating styles to solve conflicts.(5) North America young generation workers tend to prefer obliging styles to solve conflicts.(6) Most of workers from Oceania/Pacific/Australia, Europe, Latin America are belong to dominating type.(7) Most of workers from Asian, Africa, North America are belong to Influence type.(8) Most of workers from Asian, Oceania/Pacific/Australia, Taiwan are belong to security type.(9) Most of workers from Asian, Africa, North America are belong to Critical type. 作者未提供 曾子珊博士 2011 學位論文 ; thesis 106 zh-TW |
