This study however, specifically identifies merely three team’s styles of knowledge sharing or teamwork namely; bricks and mortar, clicks and mortar, and, virtual. All of these styles of knowledge sharing or teamwork are fully empowered by modern organizations, due to their essential capability to impact team commitment. The prime focus of this research therefore is to study the relationship on transnational and national team’s styles of knowledge sharing and team commitment. In this research, there are six hypotheses that formulated for statistical testing. These hypotheses are drawn according to the research conceptual model and statistically testing by using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS). Nonetheless, in order to determine which team’s style of knowledge sharing that is preferable by team members of both transnational and national team in this globalized world, this research therefore adopted quantitative research methodology as an approach to prove all of the drawn propositions. Participatory teams are chosen from Taiwan and Kiribati. The research therefore could only determine that, transnational team’s bricks and mortar knowledge sharing had negative significant influence on team job satisfaction, while the rest were unable to be confirmed. Not only has that, but to specifically predict which amongst of the three team’s styled of knowledge sharing (bricks and mortar, clicks and mortar and virtual) that could reach its popularity in the near future. The research found out that, between the recommended team’s styles of knowledge sharing, virtual knowledge sharing would be the first to be used by profitable and non-profitable organizations. Clicks and mortar knowledge sharing would be the second, and bricks and mortar knowledge sharing would be the last. Key words: Knowledge sharing, Teamwork, Team job satisfaction, Bricks and mortar, Clicks and mortar, Virtual, Transnational team, National team, and Team commitment.
