The sensors have been widely used in some developed countries such as Germany, Japan, and the US. These countries also have their leading manufacturers. These manufacturers not only maintain sustainable development domestically but also expand their market internationally. Through case study, the collected data is examined by Porter''s Five Forces Analysis and SWOT Analysis to understand the market and development trend of industrial sensors. Furthermore, the comprehensive marketing strategies are suggested for the studied company. After case study, the result we provide some suggestions to do for the operator. Different background can choose the best strategy.
