It aims to analyze the effect of the military organizational climate on their inclination for reenlistment. It even probes into the influence of their perseverance on the climate and the inclination. In hope of ameliorating the climate and enhancing their inclination under the movement, it weighs the influence with a view to screening out talents and keeping them. In this study, 500 pieces of the questionnaire were distributed with 446 valid returned. The result suggests that voluntary officers a higher inclination for reenlistment than those privates, and the married higher than the unmarried.
