Questionnaires were given personally to distribute 350 managerial and non-managerial employees from several companies in Mongolia. There were 320 questionnaires returned, and 255 form responses were usable for the statistical analysis respectively. We assessed leader member relationship scale which was guanxi used 10 items developed by Jiang (1993), organizational justice scales used 20 items developed by Moorman (1991), workplace deviance behavior scales used 24 items developed by Bennett and Robinson (2000) in this study. The collected data were computed and analyzed through factor analysis, Cronbach’s alpha, descriptive statistics, correlation and multiple regression analysis. The result indicates that interpersonal guanxi relationship on workplace deviance behavior mediated by procedural justice. In this study there were not played interpersonal justice and distributive justice. That means there were high relation between guanxi and the two kind of justice in the companies in Mongolia.
