碩士 === 康寧大學 === 資產管理與城市規劃研究所 === 99 === The program for local cultural museum was executed by the Taiwan Council for Cultural Affairs in 2002. Local cultural policy was the premise of the Council for Cultural Affairs. The support program of the local museum is approaching and the closest to the Taiwanese culture that since Executive Yuan establishes the council for cultural affairs. Originally the Taiwan Council for Cultural Affairs was not tend to focus only on the local Taiwanese culture, however the processing of the 70’s Twelve Major Infrastructure Projects was considered as the beginning of the local culture. In 2008, the program for local cultural museums started the second stage of the program- the bedrock movement. The movement is emphasized the environment, collaboration of people and events which are focusing on integrating local cultural facilities and cultural living circle. The movement is also showing that the local cultural museums’ development models are turning into reforming and the adjustment stage. It indicates the past single point strategy expends to cultural living circle ways. This thesis uses the Secondary Data Analysis and In-depth Interviews as research methods. The purposes of this thesis are as follows. First, get further understanding of the operating condition of the Yunlin Story House and Yunlin Chinese Puppet Show Museum through In-depth Interview. Second, get further understanding of local people's perspectives on the Yunlin Story House and Yunlin Chinese Puppet Show Museum through the interviews. The third one is an In-depth Interviews within above; for the purpose of comprehend the development of local cultural education in Yunlin. Besides providing the blueprint for the future development of these two local museums. Local cultural museum is a place to present local culture and communication. The research tends to know these two local cultural museums through interview and analysis. The local cultural museums are giving many feedbacks to local public as having multiple exhibitions and education activities which condense the strength of the community. In many activities, they also made close distance between museums and public those lead them to understand the beauty of local culture. Last but not least, facing squarely the construction of local cultural museums in order to give local cultural museums a more clear position, to strengthen the supporting mechanism for their operations, to connect and take advantages of mutual resources, and to clarify the policy blueprint of Taiwan culture.
