Summary: | 碩士 === 康寧大學 === 資訊傳播研究所 === 99 === This study intends to explore current status of the peer relationship and the bullying behaviors for high grade elementary school students. We aim to analyze the relations among children’s personal profiles (grade, gender, family structure and parents’ social economic status), peer relationship and bullying behaviors. To make these aims, two scales including ”Child Peer Relationship Scale” and “Bullying Behaviors Scale” are used to collect information. Moreover, 524 subjects are chosen from the twelve sampling elementary schools in Yunlin County. The results of the investigation are summarized as follows:
1.The bully behavior of the high grade elementary school students is verbal bulling.
2.The peer relationship of the high grade elementary school students is above the average.
3.There is significant difference in “family structure” and “parents’ social economic status” of the peer relationship.
4.There is significant difference in “family structure” of the bullying behaviors.
5.There is significant correlation between peer relationship and bullying behaviors.
6.“Peer acceptance” and “adjustment anxiety” can effectively predict the high grade elementary school students’ bullying behaviors. From above factors, the “peer acceptance” has the highest effectiveness.
According to the above conclusions, some suggestions to parents, schools, and future researchers are proposed in this study.
