Expectably, by the means of the research result can provide units to promote leisure and sport in future reference as well. For drawing the attention of the leisure sports of tourbus drivers, and through the tour company to assist and encourage the implementation of recreational sports participation, in addition to promoting drivers’health, relieve work pressures, thus maintaining the safety of passengers in traffic cum. The research method of questionnaire survey was used in this study. The object of the study was as tourbus drivers in Tainan City, and "Tourbus Drivers and Barriers to Participation in Recreational Sport Questionnaire" was as a research tool. A total of 530 questionnaires were sent and 418 copies were recovered, 368 valid questionnaires. Such as the descriptive statistics, T-test, one way ANOVA, and Scheffe comparison statistical methods were individually for the data processing. The result was found as following: 1. the tourbus drivers and leisure sports participation regularity of habit the ratio of the low (19.8%). 2. the tourbus drivers timed to participate in leisure sports both on holidays and non-holidays; weekly exercise frequency to one ratio of the highest participation in leisure activities after class hours the following most sports to jogging based. 3. the tourbus drivers to participate in leisure sports constraint factors to the greatest obstacle to job factors; followed by environmental and economic factors, facilities factors, the individual's internal factors. III 4. the different backgrounds of the tourbus drivers, in addition to the average monthly income of leisure sports in significant differences on the outside of the other items were no significant differences.
