We propose how to choose the core of the transformer, the conductor diameter of the winding and the implement process in the case of the transformer specifications have been identified, then the flyback converter is achieved, the influence analysis of transformer design methods for flyback converter performance is executed. First, we explore core selection for different methods to design the flyback transformer, design process and coil winding, calculating the total losses and its efficiency of transformer design methods; then use IsSpice simulation software to create the non-ideal and ideal transformer flyback transformer converter circuits, that two circuits for circuit simulation to observe the steady state transformer primary and secondary winding and the output voltage waveforms, and calculate its efficiency; then the actual circuits are implemented, two different flyback transformers installed in the converter circuits on the operation and measure the efficiency of two circuits, the experimental results verify the simulation results with consistency.
