| Summary: | 碩士 === 龍華科技大學 === 商學與管理研究所 === 99 === Project members take different roles in project process. Each member owns different information from each other. They build a foundation of cooperation and communication by exchanging mass amount of data. Meanwhile, they also consolidate and create project knowledge in the communication process through constantly sharing and establishing common view.
In this research we developed and verified the performance indexes of project communication management (including Communications Planning, Information Distribution, Performance Reporting, and Manage Stakeholders). The major elements were developed were based on literature review for sorting out the indicators of the project communication management in different project stages. After sending out the pretested questionnaire, we created important project Communication performance indexes in accordance with different stages of projects. We hope that the finishing of indicators for project communication management can be used as the referral for the enterprises to evaluate the outcome of their project communication management work.
