Description
Summary:碩士 === 龍華科技大學 === 商學與管理研究所 === 99 === Among the high ranking police officers of this study, the most significant findings are as follows: 1.Promotion influences implementation orientation. 2.Organizational support influences work motivation then motivation manipulates implementation orientation. 3.The Relationship between Organizational Support and Promotion. This finding illustrates that modern policemen emphasize biased police subculture such as relationship management, less commitment to work, hunting for easy jobs, and intention for holding power. Based on the findings of this study, policemen’s job quality is determined by the excellence of law reinforcement. The excellence of law reinforcement can be evaluated by organizational and psychological dimensions: 1.Need to increase job satisfaction- every policeman should assess his/her job as a career instead of only the purpose of making money. 2.Emphasize expertise- policeman might not need a high educational degree (i.e., diploma) but requires professional ethics, attitude, and personal relationships in order to boost job quality rather than pursues promotion and organizational support.
