All tasks from small to big require human resource to perform and manage. Therefore, in order to gain success, organizations need to create competitive advantage in human resource mechanism. As such, organizations need to develop educational training to reach personal and organizational learning goals. In other words, employee educational training is the driving force behind the growth of the organization and the key factor to profitability. The success or failure of educational training will affect the quality of human resource and organizational performance. Through analysis and induction, this research is based on a review of literature and the applications of organizational training to explore the effect of organizational learning on organizational performance. Simultaneously, through the industrial employee training system, the effect of educational training on pre-service training, on-the-job training, and training methods within learning-oriented organizations, and from previous studies, this study realizes that organizational learning have a positive impact on organizational performance. In other words, the findings show that organizational learning is critical to the improvement of organizational performance.
