In this study, an Intelligent Agent-based collaborative commerce applications, put forward an e-marketplace platform for collaborative commerce framework for the operation, as well as buyers and sellers to conduct collaborative business transaction negotiation mode. Among them, the self-interest (self-interested) the Intelligent Agent, on behalf of the members responsible for the sale of business tasks, the two companies trading objectives only to give their respective agents, intelligent agents can take the initiative to pair bargaining negotiations Work, and to members of the various business interests and preferences of individual decision-making considerations for consultations in order to meet various business interests of members to obtain the balance point to achieve win-win results. This will not only improve the operation of electronic trading volume and market efficiency, but also buyers and sellers save time, rolling the entire e-commerce market economy.
