However, researchers rarely explore relationship between the cognition of organizational change, commitment of organizational employee and morale of work. This study used statistical analysis method of questionnaire to investigate relationship between the change cognition of Air Force volunteer officers, commitment of organizational employee and morale of work under the condition of the military case of lean and essence and refinement system of non-commissioned officers. This study summarizes some conclusions as below: 1. Let the employees participate the process of change operation, so that they can understand the effect of changes. The employee will stay in organization to serve if the rights of work are protected. 2. When driving change in the organization, the higher cognition and evaluation of employees for the change will induce the higher attention and care of concern for the future development of the organization, the pursuit of organizational goals, the attitude of job involvement and the identity of work value. 3. Increasing the degree of employees’ commitment to the organization can transform their importance of the work into their positive attitude of work. The employees will regard their jobs as the focus of interest in and dedicate to the pursuit of higher positive job performance. 4. Different marital status and different highest military education would have significant differences in both commitment of organization and morale of job. 5. Different ages and different classes and different highest military education have significant differences in overall commitment of organization. 6. Different classes and different years of service and different highest military education and different highest private education would have significant differences in cognition of organizational change. 7. Different highest private education would have significant differences in morale of job. Based on these results, this study proposes the following recommendations for management practice of military organization change : 1. Pay attention on the change-communication process of Air Force volunteer officers participation, and protect the rights of Air Force volunteer officers. 2. Actively encourage Air Force volunteer officers to participate in lifelong learning programs for developing diverse expertise. 3. Understand the characteristic attributes and expertise capacity of Air Force volunteer officers, and then take the different management strategies. 4. Strengthen the Air Force volunteer officers to effectiveness cognition of achieving change objectives, and prepare comprehensive supporting measures.
