How can one cram school in today's competitive industry stand out, is bound to be based on both the needs of students’ and parents’ choices for tutorial considerations, then the development of relevant business strategy. In this study, District of Kaohsiung City Luchu CLASS industry from a sample of parents along with elementary school students. By customer valuing point of view of elementary school, parents get to choose preferal cram considerations to AHP relative weights obtained, parents of elementary school students choose to learn CLASS considerations of the relative weight, and in customer value point of view of elementary school parents to choose according to the assessment of the main aspects of the whole surface, which is rather important to the product, to display products, to select the surface by which the Elementary School PTA cram most affected; followed by the image of face, sort of coverage for the third. The primary considerations how parents would choose a cram school comes from the importance of assessment criteria analysis results, "the organization of small class teaching" affected the elementary school parents’ choices as the main considerations, which is also followed by "reasonable charges and the scholarship from the cram school" and "classes with many types of specialties, so as to meet the learning needs."
