Therefore, School-age care class rapid growth. The basic construct of this study is to use the theory of planned behavior (TPB) and literature reviews to predict the behaviors of consumers. Linear structure relationship (LISREL) and analysis of moment structure (Amos) are applied to examine people’s behavior intentions for placement in a school-age care class. The study further investigates the effects of “attitude”, “subjective norm”, and “perceived behavioral control” variables on behavior intention using the system theories to understand, analyze, and predict the correlated factors in the parents of elementary school children attending school-age care class. The results of the study indicate that there is significant positive correlation between attitude and behavior intention; there is significant positive correlation between subjective norm and behavior intention; and there is significant positive correlation between perceived behavioral control and behavior intention. Based on the findings of the study, Based on the findings of the study, the paper gives field practitioners and future researchers productive suggestions, providing governmental agencies and academic communities scientific reference.
