Therefore company executives need to use information technology and tools to obtain real-time useful information. These tools are called Executive Information System (EIS). The system (PMEIS) consists of component library, Project Management knowledge base system and competence management system.and competence management system. In this study, also referred to the concept of the Team Scorecard (team leadership, team management, team dynamics and team quality) to establish a more objective indicator of employee performance. Furthermore, PMEIS provide (1) chart interface (2) workflow, to help the team improve and evaluate performance.
