| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 商務經營研究所 === 99 === As the perception of corporate social responsibility (CSR) has been greatly emphasized recently, companies not only concern the stockholders’ benefit but also other stakeholders’. Companies should be responsible for economy, codes, ethics, Environmental Protection, the community and charity. Moreover, they have duties to establish the operation policies following the goals and values of our society. Companies would profit from their operation objectives and promote social welfare by those behaviors.
The results of the study confirm that “Governance”, “Environmental Protection and Community” and” Stakeholders’ rights” show significant positive and effect related to “Sustainable management”. Furthermore, there is significant positive among “Governance”, “Environmental Protection and Community” and “Stakeholders’ rights”. Thus, the study proves that companies could keep sustainable development by fulfilling corporate social responsibility.
The findings of the study has provided some suggestions:
1. Keep promoting the corporate governance and innovate the management system.
2. Strengthen independent director’s function.
3. Promote the on-job training and establish the motivation system
4. Implement the function of financial information disclosure
5. Adapt risk management and develop enterprise culture
6. Actively participate community service and environmental protection
7. Pay attention to stakeholders’ benefit and promote the function of Service Platform
