Except for essential expertise, bank employees’ risk-taking capacity is also influence factors for their job performance. After bank employees are selected as subjects, this research first aims to study their inner risk preference characteristics, outside organizational climate and policy differences. Besides, the research also explores the correlation of different risk-preference employees' self-efficacy and their suitable organizational climate. This research will provide company administrators references for staff recruitment and cultivation by analyzing the degree of employees’ risk preference and the issue “whether organizational climate increases employees’ self-efficacy”, furthermore, the research results are expected to upgrade overall work quality. The 200 questionnaire surveys are distributed to T bank staff by E-mails and there are 200 collected questionnaires return. After 27 invalid questionnaires are excluded, there are 173 valid ones, namely 86.5% response rate. After statistical analyses such as reliability factor, descriptive statistics, correlation, multiple regression analysis, the research results are: 1. There is no significant influence between employee characteristics and risk preference. 2. There is significant influence between employee characteristics and partial risk preference. 3. Risk preference shows significant influence on organizational climate. 4. Risk preference shows significant influence on self-efficacy. 5.
