Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 商務經營研究所 === 99 === This study investigates learning effect creation potential in relation to internal and external behavior of the role and students’ satisfaction. Accordingly, this study devises a theoretical model for examining the links among contextual variables and collects data via a questionnaire design. To clarify the influence of external behavior of the role and students’ satisfaction on learning effect, this study applies regression analysis to examine three hypotheses. Using data from a study of 200 students, the regression analysis results clearly indicate how internal and external behavior of the role strengthens students’ satisfaction. Then, students’ satisfaction has a positive influence on learning effect. Finally, the findings of this study and their implications are discussed.
