Therefore, we need search for the development of new energy technologies. The direct methanol fuel cell (DMFC) is prominent to be highly considered the application in the future portable electronics. Hence, this research aims to design a high efficiency, stable, and practical DMFC.The overall performance of the DMFC and the practicality of the system will be integrated through the cell stack test as a basis, and the overall tests of integrated fuel cell stacks is carried out to verify the components performance and their practicability on stack application. Finally, we used a programmable temperature & humidity test chamber for simulating to determine the suitability and the impact of temperature and humidity for the fuel cell. The optimal power was measured up to 2.6W, which is compatible with the development direction 2W power rating. Hence, the development of fuel cells in this study is achieved.
