First of all, the relevant data of sunlight and wind speed for the weather variability effect are gathered. This research is formulated the necessary solar panel and wind turbine to simulate the status of generating electricity. In order to calculate the hydrogen production and availabilities of renewable energy model, records are obtained which of daily, monthly and yearly deviation of hydrogen production with the programmable power supply system. Then the conclusion of experimental method shows that sunlight exposure and hydrogen production are higher in the summertime. Otherwise, there is no sunlight and interfere electric in the rainy days and typhoon seasons, the production of hydrogen decreases. For the wind power generating, the production of hydrogen will increase as the wind speed rises. During the yearlong experiment, the information shows that electric current of wind turbine is lower while hydrogen production decreased because of the slower wind speed in the summertime. In the strong northeast wind in the wintertime, there will be higher value of the electric current of wind turbine as the wind speed and the hydrogen production increased.
