Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 土木工程與防災科技研究所 === 99 === Taiwan is an island with many mountains and hills, and her geological condition is very special. The occurrences of typhoons, heavy rains, or earthquakes will easily cause soils to become soft and bare grounds to collapse. After a nature disaster takes place, how to reappear the real scenery of calamitous area in the shortest period is always an important issue for disaster prevention and relief. In order to get the data of terrain variation in calamitous area, we can use the field survey, the photogrammetry, or the aerial or the surficial laser scanner with high precision to generate the three dimensional information of the surface. Unfortunately, these technologies must not only take meteorological and environment statuses into account but also take a longer computing time and cost. Since the closed-range photogrammetry technology has the advantages of non-contact, fast, convenient, and low cost, people can use it to rebuild the three dimensional models for some special regions and calamitous areas with small scale.
Based on the ground closed-range photogrammetry technology, this thesis performs the experiments on the collapsing regions with different distances and characteristics. The light and convenient SLR digital camera and the software of closed-range photogrammetry are used to collect and calculate all the data from the collapsing regions, respectively, and then an imitated three dimensional terrain model can be constructed. Finally, in addition to evaluate the accuracy of location point, we also compare the data of different periods between before and after the disaster in the experimental regions. The various deforming data of collapsing regions are calculated to provide the references for the future research and disaster relief planning.
