Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 電機工程系 === 99 === The purpose of this thesis is to analyze medical building customer electricity consumption and to apply power supervisory control technique to establish electric energy management system, which provides load management and control alternatives for main appliances, in order to save electric energy. This research first analyzes power system, load characteristics of main appliances in medical center and their load management strategies such as tariff rate conversion computation, and power factor regulation. Besides, load control strategies and energy saving methods which include demand control, timer control and cycling control are analyzed for illumination and air conditioner system. The second part of this thesis is to establish central remote control system which consists of power supervisory control subsystem, air conditioner subsystem and illumination subsystem as well as supports functions of electric energy management and load control for major loads such as power system, illumination and air conditioner system at medical center. This thesis finally collects three years electricity billing data from 2008 to 2010 of Cheng Kung university medical center to analyze energy saving benefit in terms of tariff rate conversion computation, and equipment replacing for illumination and air conditioner system. Furthermore, payback evaluation for illumination and air conditioner system is examined to justify the effectiveness of proposed established central remote control system.
