This ales cause lots of discordances for faculty and staff. Interestingly ,this is one of the important factors for school success. Lih-chih senior High School is a well-established school in southern Taiwan. This school high lights the importance of a lead-teacher to classroom management. As the internet technology improves, the dream that information is handy can be realized. Lih-chih has been dedicated to building campus information system, classroom bulletinboard and teacher meeting platform for teachers and students to access information more easily. As a result, Lih-chih was chosen as an Innovation Model School. The member of student has reached 7,000 in the year of 2010. In this study, we use the academic network, Chunghwa Telecom network line and the Kaohsiung City Education Center to build the wireless network. We use the concept of cloud services, so user can enter the real-time scheduling system to do works of personalized or routine work of the groups through web-base. Database system will import data, and then send signals to the mobile device client until the time runs to the set of the events. Receiver will be open through the Java program or mobile phone operating system (Android operating system) to receive information. If the receiver didn't read the information in time, server-side will continue to send messages until the receiver read the messages. So that one can receive instant and mutual information to increase effectiveness.
