Effect of compositions of aluminum pastes and co-fired temperature on the electrical properties﹐co-fired density and alloyed Back Surface Field (BSF) layer were investigated by IV-measurements and scanning electron microscope. Results showed that the rear side electrode of aluminum paste with 70% of 4~6μm aluminum particle and 30% of fine aluminum particle in 75wt% solid content and 3wt% glass dosage at a co-fired peak temperature of 780℃obtained the best efficiency of 17.14% for 5”×5” single crystal silicon solar cell.
