By the transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM)and powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) to analyze particle size ,dispersion and other properties of the support and platinum metal. Of these factors affect the catalytic performance and compared with the commercial catalyst. With the Pt/EB catalyst to synthesize membrane electrode assembly MEA. Tested voltage and current of fuel cell under the same load. The results found: the fuel cell using commercial catalysts can be measured 0.7V and 0.25A; carbon black XC-72 as the support of the fuel cell can be measured 0.7V and 0.16A; polyaniline as the support of the fuel cell can be measured only 0.6V and 0.05A.
