Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 化學工程與材料工程系 === 99 === The Study of Synthesis and Photophysical Properties of Electroluminescent Polymers Based on Derivatives of PPV Adivisee:Hsin-Yi Lee Advisor:Dr. Wen-Chung Ou-Yang Institute of Chemical and Materials Engineering National Kaohsiung University of Applied Sciences ABSTRACT There are three systems of copolyfluorenes such as PFPTZPPV、PFPTZMEH-PPV and PFCZMEH-PPV system were successfully synthesiszed by Suzuki Cross Coupling reaction. The TGA experiments show that these electroluminescent materials exhibite good thermal stability with 5% weight loss temperatures ca. 300℃ in nitrogen atmosthere. The spectra of UV-vis absorption of electroluminescent Polymers exhibite red-shift with increasing PPV-Br contents. In solution state, the main peak of PL spectra are similar to those of PF (peaked at 417 nm),and aggregation causes red-shift with increasing PPV-Br contents. The maximum brightness of EL device of PFPTZPPV-0.5% (1732 cd/m2) are significantly enhanced as compared with those from poly(9,9-dihexylfluorene)(PF) (356 cd/m2). The blend of PFPTZMEH-PPV-0.25% and PFPTZMEH-PPV-10% (w/w=15/1) was used as emitting layer of EL device exhibits near-white emission with CIE coordinate situated at (0.23, 0.22). The results demonstrate that the copolyfluorenes slightly doped with derivatives of PPV chromophore are promising emitting materials for optoelectronic devices.
