But the most important issue for these organizations is how to overcome the challenge on the lack of governmental resource. This study aimed to investigate the nonprofit research institute, its mission is to upgrading all of the industry in the country. This study is to fine the suitable strategy activities of the research institute through the literature review, and then to adopt the Balanced Scorecard as the framework. The hypothesis of this model is verified by the method of path analysis. The results of this study to construct that enhance the performance of the strategy map for the nonprofit research institute through the case study. The results display that, in this case, the goal of strategy map include disseminating the industry knowledge, expanding diversity new services, and enhancing the effectiveness of the investment multiplier of the customer. By the way, the dimensions of internal processes, learning and growth and financial perspective are the base of the strategy goal. In these dimensions, the strategy activities with significant effects include of strengthening the application of information technology, improving employee satisfaction, enhancing staff training, and developing new revenue sources.
