In this way, enterprises can focus on their core competence. Because of these reasons, temporary employees have been widely used as a major human resource policy. When temporary employees become new group in enterprises, enterprises must realize the characteristics of temporary employees in order to better understand the effects of temporary employees and more effectively manage them to increase the organization effectiveness. Hence, this study targeted temporary employees in Taiwan. Adopting convenience sampling, 660 questionnaires were sent out, and 315 effective ones were received. After analyzing of data, the major findings of this study are summarized as follows: 1. Temporary employees’ social support had significantly positive impacts on career adaptability. 2. Temporary employees’ career adaptability had negative impacts on job insecurity. 3. Temporary employees’ social support had negative impacts on job insecurity. 4. Temporary employees’ career adaptability partially mediating the relationship between social support and job insecurity. 5.
