This survey is based on an elementary school in Taoyuan county. It aims to realize their opinions toward the policy and the effects of the policy. Practical suggestions are offered to the relevant authorities. The methods adopted in this survey are “responsive evaluation model” and “interview method”. The tool used here is self-edited “Outline of the Interview of the Stakeholders of the Short-Term Employment Promotion Policy”. Twelve policy executors and policy beneficiaries are included in this “semi-structured” interview. After repeated discussions, the conclusions are generated as follows: 1.The stakeholders think that a “longer term” should be considered in the “Appropriateness of the Policy”; the recruitment should be conducted on “sector-self “ basis; “more social justice” should be considered in overall policy. 2.The stakeholders hold different “attitudes” toward the policy. Executors think that “policy reliance” and “execution difficulty” lies; while beneficiaries show more interests in “Participation. Willingness”. 3.Stakeholders show satisfaction in “Working Environment” and “Organization Atmosphere”; but no satisfaction shown in “Working Pay”. 4.Stakeholders think that this policy helps not much in “Results and Effects,” “Unemployment Reduction” and “Re-On Job Opportunity”. Finally, according to the results of this survey, suggestions are offered to policy-making authorities, executors, beneficiaries and future researchers. Lin Shui-Chi 林水吉 2011 學位論文 ; thesis 163 zh-TW
