Description
Summary:碩士 === 開南大學 === 資訊學院碩士在職專班 === 99 === Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) is used as a reliability evaluation technique to determine the effects of system and equipment failures for many industries. It can help engineers to find defects of a product in design or manufacturing processes and take some corrective actions to eliminate or prevent the failures. Most of the current FMEA uses the Risk Priority Number (RPN) to evaluate the risk of failure. However, several shortcomings in the RPN calculation and its interpretation have been found in the literature. This research primarily in the study and construction of a complete set of procedures for procuring FMEA, To practical use in the public sector procurement of job, and attempt to use fuzzy theory FMEA risk priority assessment, and the assessment criteria of the sort, in order to establish criteria for the relevance of this study, so the results more objective. Finally, a research project failure mode of procurement operations to verify that the proposed method, And the application of FMEA range from product design or process improvements extend to project procurement management, so that project managers can purchase the entire project before the implementation cycle, early preventive measures to establish.
