Teacher selection is now carried out through a collective decision-making model, by which, each school forms a "Teacher Evaluation Committee", which is responsible for teacher recruitment related matters. Since results of such selection have significant influence on subsequent teaching quality and educational achievement, choosing appropriate selection criteria, setting up adequate authority delegation, and establishing a decision-making model that meets the teaching goals will be the key to effective recruitment. This research derived three dimensions and 16 criteria from recruitment pamphlets, literature reviews, and expert interviews, and two approaches, Fuzzy Multiple Criteria Decision Making (FMCDM) and Consistent Fuzzy Preference Relations (CFPR) were then used to compile a questionnaire survey. A questionnaire survey was submitted to a panel of 60 experts for the “degree of importance” relating to the selection criteria. The panel of 60 experts consisted of current teachers and parents, who carried out an evaluation to determine the degree of absolute and relative importance of each selection criteria. Results of this research will provide a set of standard or weighted indices for schools in the process of teacher recruitment, so that a model will become available for selecting the best human resources to ensure the quality of the nation’s education. 呂世通 2011 學位論文 ; thesis 107 zh-TW |
