The method of questionnaire survey was adopted to investigate the leisure attitude, leisure participation, and leisure benefit of the participants at this study. All the teachers of the elementary and junior high schools in Kinmen were selected to be the sample of this study. There were 309 valid questionnaires among 369, and the return rate of valid questionnaire was 83%. The data was analyzed with the methods of descriptive statistics, One-Way ANOVA, post hoc Scheffe’s method, and Pearson Product-Moment correlation. The major results were as following: 1. Teachers with different teaching areas had significant differences in sport type leisure participation. 2. Teachers with different genders had significant differences in sport type leisure participation. 3. Teachers with different ages had significant differences in sport type, skill type, and knowledge-culture type leisure participation. 4. Teachers with different teaching years had significant differences in sport type, skill type, and outdoor-activity type leisure participation. 5. Teachers with different monthly income had significant difference in sport type, amusement type, skill type, outdoor-activity type, and knowledge-culture type leisure participation. 6. Teachers with different marriage situation had significant differences in social type, sport type, amusement type, skill type, and knowledge-culture type leisure participation. 7. Teachers with different teaching years had significant differences in social leisure benefit. 8. The associations among teachers’ leisure attitude, leisure participation, and leisure benefit were significantly correlated.
