碩士 === 國立金門大學 ===  觀光管理學系 === 99 === Abstract After the deregulation of the policy on three-mini-links, the tourism industry in Kinmen becomes prosperous. In the introduction chapter provides detailed information about the lawful background for Chinese tourists touring in Kinmen, the actual application under this background, the special features of Kinmen tourism (namely Southern Fukien culture, wartime culture, and overseas Chinese culture). This study proposes that the social and economic background of Chinese tourists and the travelling characteristics have a significant impact on overall sightseeing satisfaction. The study aims to analyze Chinese tourists’ social and economic background, travelling characteristics, and sightseeing satisfaction. Later it examines if the Chinese tourists with various social and economic background perceive sightseeing satisfaction differently; the influences on travelling characteristics, the influences of sightseeing satisfaction with various travelling characteristics. Lastly, it will propose insightful suggestions to relevant parties in the tourism industry and related government departments for future planning. After analytical analysis, it showed most of the Chinese tourists travelled to Taiwan via Kinmen and stayed in Kinmen for a short time. They had concrete and complete impressions on sightseeing spots. Therefore the study conclude the special sightseeing spots in Kinmen, namely, the scenery, safety of the scenic environments, the arrangement of touring itinerary, the crowdedness in sightseeing spots, the management of the sightseeing spots, the promotional information about the spots; the actual facilities, service providers’ attitudes, flexibilities, and timely services. This study proposes several meaningful findings and suggestions for the tourism practioners and governments. It also provides several suggestions for future researchers on similar topic, for example, how to administrate the survey on Chinese tourists.
