Description
Summary:碩士 === 高雄醫學大學 === 藥學研究所碩士在職專班 === 99 === In this study, comparison of anti-coagulation effect between Danshen dripping pill and Aspirin in rabbit experiment model was determined. Fifteen experimental rabbits (New Zealand species) were divided into three groups: Danshen dripping pill, Aspirin and Blank. Each experimental rabbit group was feed with Danshen 30 pills, Aspirin 100 mg and starch 100 mg every day, respectively. The whole course takes 3 months, and 2.5 ml blood was draw from each rabbit every two week after feeding with Danshen dripping pill and Aspirin, and PT, APTT, and PT-INR values were analysed, through T-test (SPSS 17 edition) and ANOVA test. The results showed that there was no remarkable significant difference between Danshen dripping pill group and Aspirin group in anti-coagulation effect. From the literature, Danshen dripping pill possess more potent therapeutic effects than Aspirin in cardiovascular disease, free radical scavenging effect and many other diseases. Even though the statistics results showed no significant difference between Danshen dripping pill and Aspirin in anti-coagulation effect, both Danshen dripping pill and Aspirin can be safely used in clinical treatment individually, therefore Danshen dripping pill can be use as prophylactic and therapeutic drug agent in the treatment of cardiovascular disease, same as Aspirin.
