Research Methods
This study used cross-sectional studies to Kaohsiung medical volunteers for the four objects (a medical center, two public teaching hospital and a private teaching hospital), sample size was 567. A structured questionnaire as a measurement tool, the study of the scale is divided into four levels: the first part of the "motivation" scale, the second part of "job involvement" scale, and the third part of "job satisfaction "scale, the fourth part of the" continuity service "scale, subject to the questionnaire Likert scale to measure five, positive theme from" strongly disagree "to" strongly agree "to 1 to 5 points with the score The higher the more consent form, the fifth part of the background table.
Scale in terms of statistics, this study used quantitative methods of empirical research, computer statistical software SPSS 12.0 for Windows to test hypotheses and data analysis. The hypotheses were tested using Descriptive statistics , t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and regression analysis.
Results
一、The real conditions among motivation, job involvement, job satisfaction and
continuity service of hospital volunteers appear middle-up’ level.
二、There are distinct differences in terms among motivation, job involvement, job
satisfaction and continuity service of hospital volunteers.
三、There are significant positive correlations among motivation, job involvement, job
satisfaction and continuity service of hospital volunteers.
四、The motivation, job involvement, job satisfaction can predict the continuity
service of hospital volunteer.
According to the results of research, this study intends to offer suggestions respectively on the aspects of practical application and future research.
