E-learning is becoming an important issue for all levels of education because of its highly interactive. Moreover, e-learning can not only provide learners to understand deeply, but also share information and viewpoints to other participants. Therefore, learner can solve problems efficiently while learning. This study focuses on e-learning users’ behavior by questionnaires. The total of usable surveys is 154. The study finds that “Interactive learning”, “Computer self-efficacy”, “Perceived usefulness” and “Perceive ease of use” have significant affects to learning performance. So, this research suggests that the designers of e-learning platform can increase interaction or computer self-efficacy to increase the users’ learning performance.
